One of our last clients was a company that operates in the property management business where our team polished and stripped a linoleum floor from an office before it was delivered to new tenants. The office was an old daycare and underwent renovations and new painting. The area of the room is approximately 3000 Ft2, and the intervention took a whole day of work for our team.
Floor maintenance – in vinyl tiles or any other type – a minimum of once a year via stripping and waxing is something well recommended. Stripping allows you to get rid of any sticky objects that can damage the surface of your floors, and waxing allows you to renew the shine of your floors.
